Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Picker to join our team. As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and timely picking and preparing customer orders for shipping or in-store pickup. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently
- Check items against pick list and report discrepancies
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping or in-store pickup
- Label and organize orders for efficient storage and retrieval
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
