- Support Project Director/Manager in project coordination and planning activities to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage baseline & working programme schedules, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project milestones
- Prepare, manage and submit the monthly payment request to the Client, incorporating the monthly progress status and physical work-done (progress percentage), with the supporting of the Quantity Surveying team and coordinating with construction team.
- Mus have good understanding of an overall Project life cycle and it is proficient in the usage of Planning software such as Primavera
- Manage and control construction schedule Updates revisions of the Master Programme/Schedule and other planning/control documents to include planned work, actual progress, revised activities, revised sequence, additional works and additional time.
- Monitor resources, progress of the works and compile records.
- Prepares the daily, weekly and monthly manpower and equipment report for timely submission to the Client
- Provide regular project updates in reports such as weekly/monthly report, progress updated programme summaries, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) assessments.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on planning and project execution.
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in tender submissions, method statements, and claims preparation.
- Oversee on-site safety and environmental compliance, including identifying potential hazards and reviewing method statements.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (PEB Recognised)
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination for underground railway projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software for LTA MRT project.
- Good knowledge of construction methodologies and construction sequencing.
