- Strong CS fundamentals and fullstack experience
- Skilled in backend APIs and modern frontend frameworks
- Sharp eye for UI/UX; delivers smooth, responsive interfaces
- Comfortable with REST/GraphQL, build tools, and tuning performance
- Thrives in agile, fast-moving teams
- Quick to learn new tech, including blockchain
Nice to Have
- Background in payments or transaction-heavy systems
- Familiar with web3 (smart contracts, tokens)
- Strong debugging and secure system design skills
