About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Product Marketing Manager to lead and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Toobit’s core products and major platform campaigns. This role is at the intersection of product, marketing, and operations—responsible for transforming product features and strategic events into successful global launches that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-To-Market Planning & Execution
- Develop and lead integrated GTM strategies for product launches, promotional campaigns, and feature rollouts.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and user value propositions in collaboration with product, design, and BD teams.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on launch timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
2. Campaign Management
- Own the full lifecycle of high-impact marketing campaigns, from pre-launch planning to post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate cross-departmental teams including content, design, performance, community, and operations to deliver cohesive campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, user funnel metrics, and market feedback to refine and optimize tactics in real time.
3. Content & Asset Coordination
- Work closely with the content team to develop blog posts, landing pages, FAQs, email flows, banners, and video scripts tailored to each campaign.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets and channels while adapting messaging to local markets when needed.
- Proactively identify gaps in campaign materials and coordinate timely delivery from relevant teams.
4. Documentation & Enablement
- Build and maintain internal documentation for each campaign or launch, including GTM plans, messaging libraries, asset trackers, timelines, and KPI dashboards.
- Facilitate campaign alignment meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
5. Market & User Insights
- Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and market landscape mapping to inform messaging and campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to surface insights that shape product improvements and campaign focus.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing , marketing , or integrated marketing , preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex product features or campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to write and review marketing copy with clarity and precision.
- Familiar with marketing tech stacks and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Looker/GA).
- Strong understanding of user funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and A/B testing.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Web3 industry.
- Multilingual communication skills (especially Turkish, Persian, Spanish, or Arabic) to liaise with counterparts.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-border, remote teams.
