About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing professional to lead how our products are positioned, sold, and adopted. You’ll drive the development of marketing strategies and internal processes that align product, sales, and marketing teams.
You’ll play a key role in shaping go-to-market (GTM) efforts —owning the product narratives, building solutioning and sales decks, and developing content that directly influences how sales teams communicate value. Beyond internal enablement, you’ll also support lead generation efforts through cold email marketing and performance campaigns—ensuring that every touchpoint reflects clear, compelling messaging that converts.
This is a cross-functional, high-impact role that blends storytelling, enablement, and growth execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute product marketing strategies that support both brand awareness and sales outcomes.
- Translate complex product capabilities into simple, value-driven messaging. Build scalable marketing frameworks, from feature positioning to lifecycle planning.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement
- Own the creation of sales and solutioning decks that shape how the product is pitched in the market.
- Set the messaging tone, POV, and product storytelling used across customer-facing materials. Coordinate product launches and GTM rollouts across internal and external channels.
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, demo flows.
- Train sales teams on product value propositions, customer pain points, and new features. Continuously improve sales content based on feedback, performance data, and market shifts.
Cold Email & Performance Marketing Alignment
- Lead cold email marketing strategy to generate leads, including sequencing, targeting, and messaging.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to ensure product messaging translates effectively into ad campaigns, landing pages, and emails. Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns toward lead generation and conversion KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the connector across product, sales, and marketing teams—ensuring consistency in messaging and go-to-market alignment.
- Use customer insights, sales feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product direction and marketing strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or sales enablement roles.
- Proven experience in creating impactful sales materials and leading cold outbound campaigns.
- Ability to write and present clearly, persuasively, and in the customer’s language.
- Experience with cold email tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with B2B tech, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
