The Job

We’re looking for Product Marketing staffs to support the Credit Cards team with product and usage campaigns. This role involves helping with planning, communication, and tracking of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Market trends and competitors.
• Prepare FAQs and briefing materials for frontline and operations teams.
• Work with teams like Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to clear customer communications.
• Support campaign fulfilment and assist with reports.
• Help with testing and general admin work as needed.

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
