Die Stelle:
- Provision of pre-sales and post-sales services of LAP SGRT (LUNA 3D) to the clients
- Handles demonstrations and presentations of company’s healthcare products to the clients
- Provision of internal and external product training on LUNA 3D
- Respond to inquiries with product clarifications, features and benefits
- Conducts and evaluates market research through a deep understanding of industry, customer requirements, market trends and competitor activity
- Support customers during the implementation/ installation process of new products and software with application training and basic technical support Responsible for developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders in the radiotherapy market
Anforderungsprofil:
Qualifications
- Degree in Radiotherapy or higher
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with SGRT in clinical or commercial setting
- Strong organization skills with the ability to collaborate with other teams
- Experience in presenting via videoconference
- Communicates effectively and disseminates information and ideas bidirectionally with office and clients
- Comfort level to communicate with all levels of management
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Position has minimum 30% travel

- Strong clinical process knowledge in radiotherapy
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and be able to provide effective product training and demo
