Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination & Learner Support
- Serve as a key liaison among students, trainers, departments, and external organisations to ensure training programmes run efficiently.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of learning programmes and events.
- Assist in classroom facilitation and ensure training sessions are well-prepared and effectively run.
- Prepare and manage course materials to support engaging learning experiences.
- Monitor, update, and schedule all trainings to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
Customer Service & Frontline Support
- Be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation — handling front desk inquiries and hotline calls with a professional, helpful approach.
- Address and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with efficiency and care.
- Proactively engage prospective learners, coordinate trial classes, and guide them through the enrolment process.
- Manage class enrolments, student records, and facilitate payment processing.
- Support general admin tasks including data entry, report generation, and record management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in managing enrichment centre, student care, or Kindergarten
- Possess good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- 5 days’ work week, including 1 weekend (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
- Work Hour: Weekday from 12.30pm - 9.30pm Weekend from 8.30am - 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $4,000 + performance bonus
