Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for control system projects, including maintenance, upgrades, expansions, and retrofitting activities.
- Assist in project scheduling, resource planning, and tracking of milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as proposals, work schedules, meeting minutes, progress reports, and cost tracking sheets.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring follow-up on agreed action items.
- Support service engineers by arranging site access, preparing documentation, and consolidating test reports and project records.
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks, delays, or issues to management for timely resolution.
- Liaise with customers for administrative updates and provide prompt support on documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company’s safety and compliance guidelines in project execution.
- Assist in invoicing, project closure documentation, and archiving of records.
Background
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in engineering, automation, or technical services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both customers and technical teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
