Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
2. Perform the tasks of a cost estimator
3. Responsible for coordinating physical construction activities, overseeing workers' performance, ensuring on-site safety, and collaborating closely with subcontractors and construction workers.
4. Control the supply of materials required for the construction site, track supplier deliveries to ensure timely arrival, organize waste disposal when necessary, and maintain cleanliness.
5. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
7. Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma / A Level
- Min 2 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity in Plumbing & Sanitary Services for HDB Project
- Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
