Study and understanding the scope of works and the checklist input by the sales person
- Generate of BQ and tally with the sales order
- Submit Schematic and Floorplans for approval
- Submit works Schedule
- Submit Products Catalogues and samples for approval
- Design of customised equipment
- Survey the site with Sub-con and Customer before works commencement
- Raising of PR and stock out items
- Attend meetings, site coordination with other parties on site, site walks with subcontractor or Client
- Monitor and update the installation work progress
- Track the equipment delivery schedule
- Ensure the terminations is neat and correct
- Regular update of the changes/amendments on system design
- Site inspection with client representative
- Perform checks on subcon's installation quality
