- Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of variation order.
- To assist in planning project schedule and prepare documents for
submission to the shop/building management.
- To ensure that works are carried out according to schedule or on target
for completion.
- Overseeing the overall site progress to ensure all the works and subcontractors
are in compliance to the defined standards and safety
regulations.
- Liaise with clients and designers in all of the in-charge drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, material suppliers and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
