Working Hours: 44hrs/Weekly
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Promoting Engagements: Promoting 1-to-1 and 1-to-many engagements in their GRC to support national-level KPIs.
2. Optimizing Deployment: Optimizing the deployment of DALs/DAs for different training engagement touchpoints.
3. Outreach and Training Activities: Ensuring fulfillment of outreach and/or training engagement activities, including participant registration and coordination with partners.
4. Digital Clubs: Helping to grow and oversee the setting up and management of Digital for Life (DfL): Digital Clubs.
5. Team Training and Conduct: Ensuring teams are trained to deliver required training services and conduct themselves according to the Authority's Code of Conduct and Service Standards.
6. Incident Management: Managing incident and service recovery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers, DALs, and DAs.
2. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Strategic Planning: Ability to plan and execute outreach and training engagement activities.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to manage incidents and service recovery.
5. Team Management: Ability to ensure team members are trained and conduct themselves according to the Authority's Code of Conduct and Service Standards.
