Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive the development and growth of our media platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and ensure smooth execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and ROI.
- Understand user needs and translate them into effective product solutions.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end development projects including requirements gathering, design, testing, launch, and maintenance.
- Partner with engineers and technical leads to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Oversee key media platform components such as ad systems, mobile apps (Android/iOS), SDKs, and incentive systems.
Data-Driven Improvements
- Monitor KPIs using tools like Domo and drive continuous product enhancements.
- Identify improvement areas and implement actionable plans to meet performance goals.
Stakeholder Communication
- Build strong relationships with domestic and international teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Develop and implement QA plans and procedures.
- Create detailed specifications including UI flows, input validation, error handling, and data definitions.
- Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project or product management.
- Experience with high-traffic, large-scale applications.
- Strong documentation and QA planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
