- Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements.
- Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters.
- Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.
- Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms schedule and cost.
- Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.
- Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.
- Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly.
- Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 Years Experience in similar capacity. (Preferred Term Contract Experience).
- Able to work independently and lead project team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software.
