Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced project manager with at least 5 years of experience working on SaaS and chatbot projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. As a project manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, design, and QA to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects from concept to delivery, ensuring project scope, budget, and timelines are met
- Develop project plans, project schedules, and budgets; identify resources needed to achieve project goals
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met
- Ensure project teams adhere to established project management methodologies and best practices
- Coach and mentor project team members to ensure their professional development
- Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet customer expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS and chatbot projects
- Experience managing cross-functional project teams, including developers, product managers, designers, and QA
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
- PMP required
