Responsibilities: Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
Leading and mentoring a team by setting guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision when necessary.
Ensuring all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and contractual requirements.
Prepare method statements for safe execution of works.
Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all projects matters.
Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meets clients & regulatory requirements as well as environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
Other adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.
Requirements: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by PE Board / BCA
Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
MUST be more than 5 years working experience in Civil & Structural Engineering Project Management.
Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to implement Construction Project Management good practices
Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
