Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale infrastructure or network projects.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress against timelines and budgets.
- Identify and address project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in managing post-implementation support and project handovers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Service Delivery Manager.
- Knowledge of infrastructure or network systems and technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willing to work in NON Camera Phone environment.
- Cat 1 Clearance is Required
