Overview:

We seek an enthusiastic and proactive intern, full of creative ideas, to join our regional Corporate Affairs (CA) team. The internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to dive into public affairs and sustainability, gaining hands-on experience in public policy, stakeholder engagement and sustainability policies and initiatives. The intern will gain insights into the inner workings of a dynamic regional team that advises and supports 24 markets across Asia-Pacific. The role is divided into approximately 70% public affairs and 30% sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

Public Affairs (70%)

  • Conduct research and provide support for our Public Affairs agenda work.
  • Track and analyse public policy developments relevant to our organisation.
  • Assist with research activities to assess corporate reputation and regional trust levels.

Sustainability (30%)

  • Understand our sustainability agenda, Brew A Better World, and collaborate with stakeholders to support delivering our sustainability goals.
  • Coordinate reporting, governance meetings and sustainability activities across the region.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • An interest in data analytics, with a passion for storytelling through data-driven insights.
  • Open to learning and thrives on challenges.
  • A team player who appreciates working within a multicultural and matrix organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in business, political science, sociology, marketing, economics, or other relevant fields with an interest in corporate communications, sustainability, or public affairs.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month internship
