Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases and updates to the company's purchasing system
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Limited experience is acceptable
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
