Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for production of precast components.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports for management.
- Plan and coordinate quality inspections in line with the casting schedule and project delivery program
- Conduct pre-casting inspections, post-casting quality assessments, and pre-delivery checks to ensure products meet internal and client specifications
- Liaise with the Design Department to resolve technical queries related to shop drawings and ensure alignment with production requirements
- Monitor and report on production waste and defective components, and assist in implementing measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily casting reports, quality inspection records, HDB inspection reports, and forecasting reports for upcoming production
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control within the construction or precast manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with quality standards and testing methods for concrete products.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
