Job Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of Procurement (including sourcing, cost comparison, supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, ordering & follow up delivery schedule)
- Work with Operations and Project Teams
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Participate in negotiation the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies
- Maintain & meet ISO requirement for purchasing department.
- Invoice administration - assessment/settlement of Invoice and scrutinise and verify incoming Invoices that the details are in accordance with the purchase order and delivery order.
- Manage approved vendors and ensure that suppliers database is well maintained and up to date.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years procurement experience, added advantage in construction sector
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Team player, meticulous, details-oriented
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- To achieve/meet cost saving target
