Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Quality Advisor to oversee quality assurance and control functions related to the Cable Package for the TPC 2 Offshore Wind Farm Project. The role involves inspection oversight, contractor engagement, and quality support across submarine cable manufacturing, transport, installation, and termination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality compliance across cable manufacturing, handling, and installation.
- Support inspection and test activities at manufacturing facilities and offshore sites.
- Review contractor quality documents and verify implementation of ITPs.
- Identify and report non-conformities and support resolution process.
- Support quality data collection and documentation for project records.
- Contribute to audits, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in QA/QC or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cable projects or related offshore works.
- Understanding of submarine cable installation and QA standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and cable-specific norms (e.g., IEC standards).
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Offshore certification (e.g., GWO) preferred.
Contract Terms:
- Full-time, project-based.
