Responsibilities:
Pre tender & tender duties, prepare BQ, tender pricing and documents
costs estimation, budget, planning, life cycle costing and quantity take off, price comparison,
liaise with owner, developers, consultants and sub-contractors
Call quotations, procurements and sourcing for new suppliers / sub-contractors
Responsible for follow-up on claims certification, variations and settlement of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors
Requirements:
candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
min 2 years quantity surveyor experince in building construction projects
able to converse in both english & mandarin to liaise with chinese-speaking corresponds
