Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the QS Department, preparing BQ and costing for project Tender Submission, and ensuring a thorough understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule, and non-material requirements. Additionally, you will handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the QS Department
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and costing for project tender submissions
- Understand and analyze tenders in relation to scope of work and pricing schedules
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for cost estimation
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
- Diploma Holder in Electrical and/or Mechanical Works
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Project Tendering experience
- Strong understanding of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) works
- Proficient in using estimation and costing software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
