Job Scope
- Tender and Contract documents administration
- Prepare BQ, cost estimation, and cost control
- Responsible for quantity take-off, claim preparations, variations, and final accounts
- Understand the market updates and construction cost trend
- Good knowledge in Contract and QS procedures and pricing
- Strong leadership skill and work independent
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
