Job description:
- Support operations of company via administration
- Clerical duties and customer service
- Schedule management
- In charge of sales and invoice generation
- Daily housekeeping of premises
- Ensure proper housekeeping for important and confidential business documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate efficiently in spoken and written English
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Organised and responsible
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- No work experience required
- Able to work on weeknights and weekends (within working hours)

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
