Location: Tampines
Working Hrs: 37hrs/Week
Responsibilities:
1. Frontline duties (phone calls, walk-in enquiries)
2. Administrative support (events, document preparation, filing)
3. CRM assistance (data entry)
4. Office management (cleanliness, goods delivery)
5. Student support (early dismissal, basic first-aid)
6. Other assigned tasks (printing, etc.)
Qualifications and Experience:
1. GCE 'N' Levels
2. 2+ years of front desk/admin experience in a primary school
3. MS Office
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5.Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
