Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes including job advertisements on various platforms
- Source talent through multiple channels to attract qualified candidates
- Screen and filter resumes, and schedule interviews
- Communicate with candidates to assess role compatibility
- Provide weekly recruitment progress reports
- Verify daily operations reports to ensure payroll information is accurate
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all reimbursements
- Manage filing and record-keeping, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in line with office guidelines
- Coordinate and organize internal events and festive celebrations
- Assist with travel and visit arrangements and logistics
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Takes initiative and assumes responsibility for tasks and problem-solving
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
