Our client is a rapidly growing Medtech firm headquartered in the UAE, specializing in advanced diagnostics, medical devices, and healthcare solutions across the Middle East and surrounding regions. With expansion into new markets and increasing regulatory demands, they are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Finance Director to lead and strengthen financial governance, business performance, and regional planning. The Regional Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities in the region, including strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and commercial finance. This is a senior leadership role working closely with both corporate and regional business units to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence, and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for the region
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes aligned with corporate objectives
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP
- Partner with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with local tax, audit, and regulatory requirements in all operating jurisdictions
- Optimize working capital, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations
- Lead risk management, internal controls, and compliance reviews across business units
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple countries Provide insights and financial leadership to support regional expansion, M&A, and partnership strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or ACCA highly preferred
- Minimum 15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in healthcare, medtech, or life sciences
- Experience working in the Middle East region and deep understanding of local financial regulations and business norms
- Strong expertise in FP&A, business partnering, compliance, and operational finance
- Proven ability to lead cross-border teams and work in matrixed, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills Fluency in English and Arabic
