Your role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating media plans, developing your account territory and partnering with clients to ensure their ROI is second to none. You will manage a set of key accounts and be responsible for growing your market share to add to the bottom line of your business unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Event sponsorship and media advertising revenue; grow territory revenue by increasing the volume of clients, average spend of each client and market share across all platforms.
- Business development; to hunt and attract new business for your assigned territory and grow a client base in our key markets across SEA.
- Product development and market growth; constantly share insights and market intelligence feedback with key stakeholders to develop your media and events products, leading to increased revenue.
- Develop innovative sales strategies that deliver results.
- Reporting; communicate actual results to target on a weekly basis ensuring accurate forecasting and an understanding of your market to align with economic changes and industry trends.
Key requirements:
- Excellent sales skills; sales process, negotiation and closing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Sleek presentation skills; ability to structure and present media campaign plans.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum two years of advertising & sponsorship sales experience in events or media industry.
