Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development of motion control products in the assigned APAC region.
- Identify and engage new customers, distributors, and partners, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions using our motion control portfolio.
- Work closely with application engineers to support pre- and post-sales activities, including product demos, solution proposals, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and market growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly business reviews.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align regional strategies with global direction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related field).
- Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in motion control, automation, or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of motion control products such as servo/stepper motors, drives, encoders, motion controllers, and precision stages .
- Proven track record in regional sales, business development, or key account management.
- Ability to understand complex technical applications and translate them into business solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel in the APAC region.
