Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and overseeing ongoing or upcoming renovation projects.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project with clients, designers, consultants, building management, and subcontractors.
- Manage project submissions and workflow processes.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Plan manpower and work arrangements in collaboration with site supervisors.
- Procure materials and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors; source for materials and vendors when necessary.
- Issue purchase orders and project-related work orders.
- Liaise with clients, building management, and vendors on all project-related matters.
- Inspect ongoing site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct defect inspections and manage project handovers.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, handover documents, and completion checklists.
- Attend site coordination meetings.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and project tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of local renovation experience in Singapore
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
