Main Responsibilities:
- Attend to the preparation and cooking of menu items involving the wok, steamer, cutting, coldish section
- Prepare sauce and seasoning mix
- Assist other station member when absent or the workload approaches a more hectic pace
- Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant concept
- Broad knowledge of the basic operations of all station in kitchen.
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
