Job Description
- Assist Client/Contractor in coordinating architectural works for project completion, inspections, and handover.
- Lead site architectural team to supervise and inspect works per Client/Consultants’ direction.
- Review drawings/specifications; highlight discrepancies before and during construction.
- Ensure contractor compliance with Building Control Act, Codes of Practice, and authority requirements.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Have minimum eight (8) years of architectural experience with recognised degree in relevant field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the supervision of works such as construction of MRT station, tunnel/underground works & Viaduct construction.
