- Provide day-to-day clinical care and management for inpatients, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and stabilization.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and family case discussions to support integrated discharge planning.
- Monitor chronic conditions, functional recovery, and respond to acute medical issues in a step-down setting.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with institutional care standards and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to a team-based culture by guiding junior staff and supporting continual service improvement.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MBBS or MD) accredited by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Fully registered with the SMC and eligible to practice in Singapore.
- At least 3 years of post-housemanship clinical experience.
- Passion for geriatric or rehabilitative care , especially in step-down or community settings.
- Additional training or experience in family medicine, gerontology, or palliative care is advantageous.
