Responsibilities for Retail Leasing Specialist :
- Responsible for identifying and engaging potential retail tenants.
- Conduct market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
- Manager will lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful implementation of leasing strategies
- Primary focus will be on maximizing rental income and maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Responsible for finalizing lease agreements and managing documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Min 4 year of commercial leasing experience
