Job Description
What You Will Achieve:
- Lead operational team establishment and oversee all store-related activities, including coordinating site selection, renovation, and timely store openings.
- Formulate and implement sales targets while taking full responsibility for achieving revenue goals, controlling operational costs, managing mall discounts, and maximizing profitability.
- Provide strategic direction to enhance store operations, quality, and overall efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee daily store operations, managing, guiding, training, and evaluating the performance of team members.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in large-scale chain operations.
- Proven track record in brand-side operations management, ideally with a history of handling annual sales exceeding USD 10 million.
- Strong hands-on operational experience combined with a strategic, systems-oriented approach to business management.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, risk control, and talent development.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a strong plus.
