- Regularly inspect the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Create and implement comprehensive safety policies and prodecures in line with local laws and regulations
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions, including daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurences
- Keep accurate records for safety inspections, training sessions and incidents report
- Collaborate with management, supervisors and workers to promote a safe working environment
Requirements
- Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) &/or relevant safety certificates
- At least 3 years experience in Construction sectors
- Excellent communication skills
- With good knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health Act.
