Sales and Event Executive
Role and Responsibilities
Sales and Client Support:
a. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
b. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including cultivating relationships and supporting deal closure.
Event Coordination:
a. Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring coordination is seamless and experiences are exceptional.
b. Work collaboratively with clients to understand their event objectives and help tailor proposals accordingly.
c. Support logistical management of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
Client Relationship Management:
a. Help build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client needs are understood and satisfaction is achieved.
b. Support senior staff as a point of contact during the sales and event processes, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
Budget Support:
a. Assist in developing and managing event budgets to ensure financial goals are met and expenses are controlled.
b. Help provide detailed financial reports to clients and management.
Marketing Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events and sales initiatives.
b. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and collateral to support sales efforts.
Client Acquisition:
a. Identify and prospect potential clients in the pet industry, including retailers, distributors, and service providers.
b. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the pets industry and market trends.
Sales Presentations:
a. Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
b. Customize pitches based on the unique needs and preferences of different pet businesses.
Relationship Building:
a. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized interactions.
b. Address client inquiries promptly, providing expert advice on our product offerings.
Sales Targets:
a. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
b. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Qualifications:
a. Proven success in sales, with years of experience in the pets industry or a related field.
b. Genuine passion for pets and a deep understanding of their needs.
c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
d. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
e. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
