- Market Analysis: Researching market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining client relationships, building and expanding the customer base, and managing customer feedback.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales and marketing activities, analyzing data, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budget Management: Developing and managing sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively market and sell them.
