We are hiring on behalf of a precision automation leader in Singapore that delivers turnkey solutions to industries such as semiconductors , medical devices , and advanced manufacturing .
About the Role
As a Sales & Program Manager, you will drive business development and lead customer programs across the full project lifecycle. This is a hybrid role combining client-facing sales with technical program oversight—ideal for those who thrive in high-mix, low-volume engineering environments.
️ Responsibilities
- Lead project-based sales of automation, robotics, and mechatronic systems.
- Manage customer programs from quotation to delivery—timeline, cost, quality.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to meet client needs.
- Conduct plant tours, prepare QMS and RFQ documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or project/program management.
- Familiarity with automation, contract manufacturing, or precision engineering.
- Strong client management and internal coordination skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (for regional communication).
