Responsibilities:
- Assist clients & customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet individual financial requirements & needs.
- Actively engage with customers to identify opportunities for financial products or services that align with their goals.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and terms of financial products, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios regularly, making adjustments as needed to align with changing financial goals and market conditions.
- Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on their portfolios, market insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, trust, and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to promote products and services and create a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and changes in financial products and services.
- Uphold compliance standards and adhere to all applicable regulations governing financial sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old (regulatory requirement)
- Full certification in GCE 'A' Levels / Polytechnic Diploma/Degree holders (Local Certifications)
- Proven experience in strategic consulting or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of financial industry dynamics, markets, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Relevant industry certifications are advantageous. Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
