We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Associate / Executive to support our retail sales operations in the toy industry.
This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with retail partners, supporting sell-in and sell-through, and ensuring strong execution of brand presence at the store level. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about growing sales in a fast-moving, fun industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of sales strategies across assigned retail accounts
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with retail partners on stock orders, replenishments, and deliveries
- Monitor in-store product displays, stock levels, and merchandising standards
- Support trade promotions, retail campaigns, and product launches
- Conduct store visits to ensure brand visibility and gather market feedback
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with store buyers and frontline staff
- Track competitor activities and provide insights to the team
- Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to align on retail activities
- Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, sales reporting, and customer inquiries
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail, preferably in toys or FMCG
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Possession of own transport is an advantage
