RETAIL SALES
Botanic Gardens: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 5pm
Fort Canning: Monday - Sunday 10.30am - 8pm
5 working days, 8 days off per month on weekday
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greeting and assisting customers, providing product information, and helping them find suitable clothing items.
- Product Promotion: Demonstrating clothing features, explaining benefits, and highlighting unique selling points to potential customers.
- Sales Generation: Actively engaging with customers to drive sales, promoting current sales and promotions, and encouraging purchases.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store or display area is well-organized, tidy, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback on products and promotions to provide insights for marketing and sales strategies.
- Event Participation: Attending promotional events, trade shows, or other relevant gatherings to represent the brand and engage with potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and communicate effectively about the clothing products.
- Sales and Persuasion Skills: The ability to influence customers, encourage purchases, and achieve sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the clothing brand, its products, and their features.
- Enthusiasm and Positive Attitude: A positive and engaging demeanor to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage promotional activities, maintain displays, and track sales data.
