- Support and prepare presentation, documents to assist sales team maintain register of current commercial contracts.
- Identifying sales opportunities from DATA.
- Support sales team & communications team with arranging and following up of marketing activities such as conferences, meetings, seminars as well as mass communication initiatives towards customers.
- Coordinate and support maintenance of customer addresses and contact data in the CRM to enable professional after sales service and reliable sales performance management (e.g. Sales pipeline).
Excellent team-player, open to collaborate and share with the ability to also getting things done independently.
- Strong communicator with a can-do attitude, organizational sensitivity and ability to advice and convince key stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Detail-oriented and not afraid of administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business or similar.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
