Summary
This position reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for managing Sales Orders and supporting the Sales team in daily administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales department in preparing Sales Orders and internal documents as required
- Match customer Purchase Orders (POs) with sales information provided
- Handle order administration and processing
- Liaise with internal departments such as Finance , Warehouse , and 3rd party couriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Support the Sales team in achieving departmental objectives
- Manage day-to-day paperwork and filing related to sales transactions
Requirements
- Diploma holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable, flexible, hardworking, and reliable
- Team player with a genuine interest in the company’s products
