Sales & Creative Executive (Telecommunication)
- Develop and formulate sales strategies to improve sell-out and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assists in customer enquiries (both walk-in and online) related to brand and product information.
- Conceptualize and develop for creative online and offline content for all collaterals such as banners, posters, eDMs, social media templates, posts, videos, images, and infographics.
- Liaison with the e-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in content and designs across all marketing touchpoints including store displays, print materials, and digital channels.
- Conceptualize and implement visual merchandising strategies that increase brand awareness and enhance in-store visual.
- Conduct regular store visits to stay abreast on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Liaison with various department in planning and execution of roadshows and events including but not limited to budgeting, logistics, and etc.
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness, sales uplift and report outcome.
- Provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirement
- Diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Passionate about content creation, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in design/ illustration/ video-editing software.
- Well-versed in social media trends, reels, stories, and content algorithms.
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Possess a high level of commitment and a strong sales-driven mindset.
