Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and prepare quotations/proposals.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C); fresh graduates with strong passion for sales may be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good team player with positive attitude and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems will be an advantage.
