Position Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This role combines strategic business development with expert product knowledge, ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions. The Sales Executive serves as the face of the company, representing the brand at industry events, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts in alignment with company policies and client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market & Product Expertise
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions, collaborating with technical or product development teams where necessary.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, applications, and unique benefits in relevant industries (e.g., food & beverage, personal care, functional ingredients).
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to promote the company’s products as premium solutions.
Account Management & Reporting
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to the leadership team.
- Coordinate order processing, logistics, and delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and account management.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical or marketing departments.

- Industry experience in functional ingredients, natural products, or related sectors is advantageous.
